Terms of Service

Kiimra is an AI-powered personal training and nutrition coaching app. Coaching content is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) based on the information you provide and, optionally, health data you connect. Contact: hello@kiimra.com.

Kiimra provides general fitness and nutrition guidance only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated content can be inaccurate. Always consult a physician before starting a training or nutrition programme, especially if you have any medical condition. You use the app and perform any exercise at your own risk.

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information — coaching quality depends on it.

Parts of the service require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies. Free-trial terms, if offered, are shown at the point of purchase.

You agree not to abuse the service, including: attempting to extract other users’ data, reverse-engineering, using the app for unlawful purposes, or attempting to overload the AI service. Daily message limits may apply to keep the service sustainable.

The app, its branding and content (excluding your own data) remain our property. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, training injuries, or decisions made based on AI-generated guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under EU consumer protection rules.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
